Fall is here! And so are those saddlebags! Seriously, what the crap is going on? Why is it that every year, when it starts to get colder and the sun goes down quicker, that I can come up with dozens of reasons I “CANT” exercise? Is it the nice smell of those pumpkin candles burning? Or is the only thing we like about fall is falling onto our couch in front of that nice warm and cozy fireplace? Or watching my husband rake up those pretty leaves as they fall, from inside my window because I am not going out there and there is nothing and NO ONE that will make me?!! All I know is I need to get this stubborn body off of the couch and get down to business. The best way to warm that booty up is to feel the burn from a great workout, can I get an AMEN?!
I have been following Karena and Katrina from Tone it Up since I had my youngest son Hudson, about 2 years ago, and they are simply AMAZING! As I held my newborn baby and still 27 lbs heavier, I quickly realized I couldn’t keep eating dessert for breakfast. I struggled with shedding those last 10 L B’S for months after his birth… Who am I kidding, it was over a year! I started to take my nutrition and workouts more seriously and I followed them almost daily. They keep coming up with fresh new workouts and recipes, you will NEVER get bored. I thought I would share one of their great Fall workouts with you, just in case you haven’t checked them out. This routine will get your heart rate up and keep you glowing all day. (Side note, if you don’t have a treadmill, get that booty up, bundle up, and bust a move outside!)
