Gift guides are so much fun! I just love going on Pinterest and blogs to get creative insights for gifts, don’t you? I’m always checking for new ideas, especially for my husband, he’s the hardest person ever to shop for! Today I thought it would be fun to do a post about hostess gifts. I did a gift guide last year and it’s so funny looking back at that post. I was SO new to blogging and collage making, I really had NO clue what I was doing, haha!
In my post last year I talked about how my sister always comes over with a hostess gift and they’re always the cutest things. I was the baby growing up and maybe that’s why I never paid attention to giving hostess gifts, helping in the kitchen, cooking or anything of the sort, it was always done for me… Boy, I have come a long way, but I still have SO much to learn… YIKES! It’s never too late though right?
While I was creating this post and searching for the perfect hostess gifts, it was SO hard not buying everything I found. I left a few things out so to add to the list above I recommend a nice bottle of wine like this one, and a pretty plant (flowers are good too but they die so fast), kitchen towels like these, a salt slab (if you don’t know what that is, look here) they’re really neat, a collectible ornament, personalized mugs, and you can even find personalized throws here and here.
Next week we’re off to Colorado for the Holiday, we can’t wait to see the snow! I won’t be as active online so I hope you all have the most amazing Thanksgiving!
